Tried a place like that last year in Vegas.
They grill large chunks-o-meat on giant skewers, and shovel it off onto your plate tableside.
Not too bad as I recall.
I do however have a hard time recalling large periods of time during that trip.

Used a week of my timeshare @ the Marriott there.
Right next to Planet Hollywood.
The place had a pool and bar on the roof.
Spent a good deal of time there I think.
The bar,,,, not so much the pool....

Just pool watchin......
