at my rehearsal dinner when mrs. wyo and i got hitched my grandma made a ton of authentic desserts we had krumkake, krum (i think i spelled that right...its like a thin pudding), and of course lefse, mrs. wyo comes from a norweigan family as well and all of her aunts and uncles were doing backflips

Those desserts sound great. Being half Pennsylvania Dutch (which is really western German...the Anglos misunderstood what "Deutsch" meant), I'm a huge dessert-o-holic. The PennDutch make some serious desserts, y'know.
