so here's fuckin great news

a/c in my office has been down for 2 weeks now so by mid afternoon it gets in the high 80's to low 90's in here (which isn't too awful bad if it didn't make me wanna nod off) but i just found out that we are out of water cooler jugs for the whole plant.....i'd drink the tap water but thats a gamble as far as i'm concerned being as that we used to be on a well with water that wasn't approved for drinking (which is why we have the coolers in the first place) AND the coke machine is broke!!!

Fuckin mortgage meltdown is due to the fact that too many people didn't realize what they were buying, and, or, how they were paying for it.
Here in CA, most couldn't even read the friggin english the contract was printed in.
Now some of "those people" are suing their lenders??????
Cause they themselves were too fuckin stupid.......

yup its part that and also the loan companys taking advantage of people too .. do you know that once you modify your loan that you are on a list for forclouser? and the loan companys will get every cent out of you that they can before they take the house... they also dont file the proper paperwork when they say "we sold the loan".. some people dont even know who actually owns the note on their house cause it has been sold to other companys over and over ..but it is ok for these companys to make people feel like they are being helped and then have the rug pulled out from under them ... and to think our government bailed out these greedy companys .. yea thats cool

The whole mess stinks to high heaven, and yes, the Govt. bailed out the banks, and told the American public to bend over, and lube up..

Morning, everyone.

I have to agree with Net. The players need to vote "yes," and be done with it. The new CBA gives them 48% of all the NFL's revenue. Quibbling over some of the "incentives" is just pure greed. And it's not like these jocks are gonna read the damn CBA themselves, and understand it. They might as well try to read the Old Testament in the original Hebrew. There are lawyers on their negotiating team, who have read and understand it. SO GET ON WITH IT ! !

my point is when you have a contract that large 200pages ya need a little time to read it over so you understand it .. the players did not say NO .. they didnt say yes either . they sed they want to make sure that all the I's are dotted and t's crossed .. which is very smart to do since it is a 10 year contract .. would any of you sign a contract blindly?

And another thing: I'm sick of players tweeting that the "real" fans are on their side. I'm as real a fan as there is, and I'll be the first to say that these guys are grossly overpaid.

One of these boneheads was talking about how the union has won them some great things, like free agency. I FUCKING HATE FREE AGENCY ! ! It drives salaries (and therefore ticket prices) through the roof, and it destroys the continuity of teams. I long for the days when my favorite players stayed with their teams for their whole career, and I would eliminate free agency in a heartbeat, were it up to me.

Sorry, just ranting...again.

Yeah, that's what I said.
The lawyers have read it, and know whats involved.
The players are going to do what their hired guns tell them to do..
