Thanx...it's one of my favorites.

The recipe works with tuna steak, swordfish and shark, too, and ya don't have to be as concerned with burning the fish, BUT the marinade itself has a tendency to burn, so ya gotta go with a grill that's not as screamin' hot, and turn frequently.
