That reminds me of a story. Two guys went out hunting. They spotted a moose in the woods, and one of the men raised his rifle, but the other grabbed the barrel and forced it down.

"Don't shoot it, Mike. I'm in the Moose Lodge. Please, don't kill the symbol of my fraternity."

"OK, Charley, if you say so."

An hour later, they spot a bull elk drinking from a stream. Mike raised his rifle again, shooting the animal dead. Charley was stunned.

"Mike, aren't YOU an Elk?"

"Yeah...so?"

"But...you just killed the symbol of YOUR fraternity!"

"Charley, don't be ridiculous. That was no elk...it was drinking WATER!!!"

Net, if you come east for a Steelers game this fall, we MUST play golf. I'll look into decent public courses near the Burgh. Many have rental clubs, in case you're flying, and don't want the hassle of bringing your own by air. Misk and some of the others may be interested as well.

My understanding from Misk is that we're looking at an October game. Still good golfing weather in PA then.

If this get-together happens, I'm definitely going. Would like to meet as many of the SportsHoopla gang as possible.
