Well, keep yer eyes peeled. If you happen to be out in the countryside, you can often outmaneuver a twister by driving at a right angle to its path, but it's a really bad idea to try and outrun it.

I hate the damn things, too. Had one pass right over my garage back in '98, while I was stuck in it. I watched it wrench the top from the tall pine across the street. It twisted loose and fell UP...scariest thing I ever saw.

Well, it looks like the big storms are gonna roll in here a few hrs from now, when it's dark. Which is worse, of course. And there ain't no sorority houses nearby.

i have never seen one long enough to tell which direction its going....i just put it in the rearview mirror and GTFO
