Reps are reputation points (attaboys, basically). It's also possible to send negative points. Trolls are rare here, but you can send 'em bad points if you want. There's some guy who calls himself Colonel Steve, and he's got some neg-reps on other threads. Good ones are green, bad ones are red. You got a good collection of greens going there.
