Nah, I think its more coincidence more than anything else… I could even be wrong it just seems like they generally lose on his B-day. I haven't looked it up though, just going off of memory.

Yeah, very true. We may miss Kouz in the lineup too. He really was a catalyst for the short time he played with us. Might miss his bat some.

We gave cash to the Padres for him. He's a 28 year old that made his ML debut tonight. He's just a body.

RR is going to have to be pretty sharp

Yeah, he will need to go after them and needs to through strikes. Can't give up a ton of walks like he has been prone to at times this season. I still think he gives us a good shot though. Chavez is beatable- gave up 4 runs to the Astros in his last outing and will likely not go more than 6 innings.

This line-up is pathetic. I didn't think it would be as great as a lot of experts did because I thought the bottom of the order was bad, but I thought it would be better than this. The way this team is right now is eerily similar to last year. We don't put up consistent runs, poor base-running, and poor fielding. We aren't hitting HR's, or stringing hits together. This team is frustrating.
