Don't know that we get to trash talk the other team after what can only be described as an unusual game. Let's put it this way - the teams combined for eight touchdowns and attempted a total of one extra point. That suggests that the teams might not have been their usual selves for some reason.

That said, a win is a win. Keep it up boys, and go Bears tomorrow!
They trailed 14-0 and looked completely lost. In the 4th quarter the Eagles scored 28 rather easy points and the Lions defense looked lost and rather pathetic. For now, I WILL trash talk.
It's too bad that we didn't get any help from Seattle but maybe Chicago will help us.

Chicago 45 - Dallas 28 - the FIRST PLACE Philadelphia Eagles and #3 in the NFC.

Could it possibly be a TWO game lead after next week?

The Cowboys technically are in control of their own fate. However, with any offense in the league looking like the Greatest Show on Turf against the Cowboys defense, they might lose out.

Plus EVERY football fan knows how Tony Romo plays in December.

There is no way that Chicago should score 45 on anyone but they come to Philly in 2 weeks so we will see how well the Eagles D fares against them.

YES - TECHNICALLY, the Cowboys control their own destiny but if they have to play against Aaron Rodgers next week, the Packers might just score 50 on them while the Eagles play lowly Minnesota who MAY be without Adrian Peterson. Just don't let up and the Eagles should win.

All 4 NFC East teams lost yesterday.
The Eagles played a really pathetic game against the putrid Minnesota Vikings. They made Matt Cassel look like a superstar. The Eagles defense reminded me of the defense of September.
The good news for the Eagles was that the Cowboys blew a HUGE lead against Green Bay to remain a game in front on the division.
They can win the NFC East next week if the Cowboys lose and the Eagles beat Chicago on Sunday night.
The Kirk Cousins led Redskins put up a battle in Atlanta but they lost.
The Giants got shut out by Seattle at home.

Next year, the NFC East will play the NFC West and the AFC South.
Seattle, San Francisco, Arizona, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Tennessee, Jacksonville, Houston.
Since the Eagles finished first, they will also play Green Bay and Carolina.
Since the Cowboys finished second, they will play Chicago and New Orleans, etc.
Your teams website should have home and away.
