I doubt that the game would be played in Philly. That would give them more 9 home games.
If they move it to Jacksonville, or wherever, they better decide soon.

The Eagles did their part beating the Bucs 31-20. They are guaranteed a share of first place depending on tonight's game.
I would feel a lot more confident about next week's game against Dallas except for the fact that they haven't won a home game in over a calendar year.

DeMarco Murray and DeMarcus Ware are out this coming week for Dallas' "big showdown" against the Eagles for first place.

Dallas @ Philly is the battle for first place in the weak NFC East.
Chicago will probably beat Washington.
Poor ESPN has Minnesota @ New York on Monday night - a game that only Vikings fans, Giants fans, and gamblers will watch.
If the Giants lose this game against Josh Freeman, they could battle Jacksonville for the number 1 pick in next year's draft.

This is what age and injuries can do - something that MIGHT be happening to the Cowboys as we speak.

Monty Kiffin's defenses haven't fared very well against Chip Kelly's offenses so far. We'll see what happens tomorrow, when the Cowboys are without Ware, Spencer, etc.

The Giants beat Minnesota last night. They now have one win.
Washington has 2 wins. I thought that Chicago was a good team. I guess I was wrong.
Philly has 3 wins. They lost to Dallas because Foles was hideous but their defense played VERY well.
Dallas leads the division with a 4-3 record.

Do you believe that they could right the ship?

With 4 more divisional games yes!!! The whole division is bad... all the giants have to do is go 3-1 in those 4 games and then they will be back...

It's so difficult to predict how this division will turn out. I doubt the Giants make the playoffs but it also wouldn't shock me if they went on one of their runs. Unlike other teams that are hoping injuries hold off for the rest of the year the Giants already have injuries so they may have guys returning just as other teams are shopping for bargain players to fill the gaps in their lineup.

The Boys are the best team in the division. They have a ton of talent, can put tons of points on the board and have a serviceable defense. The division is theirs to lose but it's just so difficult to try and guess which Cowboys team will show up.

Yeah I'm sensing that. If this guy gets back on track it adds a whole new element to the division. It's why I'm looking at the Cowboys schedule and they still have games @NYG, @Wsh, it's too early to predict how those games will turn out.

Griff is definitly returning to form. No huge surprise, as he's passed the 9 month mark since surgery.

Improvements on offense DO mask alot of deficiencies on defense. That said, they cannot mask issues on defense AND STs combined. Until there is significant improvement on ST, this team will continue fighting an uphill battle.

The good news is that it would be hard NOT to improve - there were actually a couple good tackles/plays made on ST this last game. Just far too few and not nearly enough to be considered anything more than below mediocre. The returns and punts/kickoffs - big ugh! Why they don't bring back Potter for the rest of the year, I do not understand. That would immediately improve 1 piece of the problem.

Giants @ Eagles - The Giants have an 8 game road losing streak and the Eagles have a 9 game home losing streak. One of those streaks will end today.
Redskins @ Broncos - I don't see Washington winning in Denver.
Cowboys @ Lions - Hopefully, the Cowboys lose.

After holding off the Redskins late push, the Eagles, at 6-5, are in first place in the NFC East, for at least one week.
The Redskins, at 3-7, are finished.

In a snowstorm, the Eagles beat the Lions 34-20 by scoring 28 fourth quarter points to improve their record to 8-5 and win their FIFTH straight game. For at least a day, they are the #3 seed in the NFC playoffs.
Except for a 20 yard drive, after Foles' first interception of the year, the defense gave up absolutely ZERO. The Lions other scores came on special teams TD's.
Shady McCoy ran for over 200 yards on the Lions, supposedly, vaunted run defense. So much for that fallacy.

Megatron who?
Suh who?
Fairly who?

Let's go Bears.

Next week, the Eagles go to Minnesota, possibly without Adrian Peterson.

Don't know that we get to trash talk the other team after what can only be described as an unusual game. Let's put it this way - the teams combined for eight touchdowns and attempted a total of one extra point. That suggests that the teams might not have been their usual selves for some reason.

That said, a win is a win. Keep it up boys, and go Bears tomorrow!
