Due to a conflicting event at BC Place, and with no other venues available in the Vancouver market, should Vancouver Whitecaps FC finish as the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference, the MLS Cup Playoffs Wild Card match would be played at the No. 9 seed’s stadium.

Probably not the way soccer is cyclical but I'd say it's the last high profile job that's likely to be available soon. Barcelona, Bayern, Napoli, Juve, Dortmund and Liverpool all just appointed new managers. Real Madrid, City, Arsenal probably won't make a change any time soon.
