I've actually never been. It's in a town called Harrison which is a slight step beneath Newark (Newark at least has a few businesses left) combined with my hatred for Thierry Henry has prevented me from going but I've heard nothing but good things about it. Maybe this will be the year I finally get down there.

Lampard never actually went on loan, he just never signed with NYCFC and signed a contract with City and signalled his "intent" to sign with NYCFC which he did in January.

So in short, Pirlo is going to City to replace Yaya.

yah it was a marketing debacle because these stories of lampard joining NYCFC were going on and on and nothing was made "official" until after NYCFC did their initial season ticket drive leaving alot of "supporters" chafed

I'd honestly just like one of these guys to stick with fucking MLS, but I guess I understand the draw to where all the action is and one last shot at glory. Can't really blame them.
