30 is a stretch but, yeah, treat your body like that and this is about where it’ll come to an end.

If he had even close to the health and fitness of the modern athlete Argentina probably wins at least one more World Cup and he probably gets Napoli a European Cup or two. He was probably the most naturally talented player ever born and the first global team sports superstar. He made many people very happy. I hope he found some happiness in his own life, too.
