Was just about to post this. I still remember those images. Had a lot of respect for a guy who would play in that condition.
Wouldnt even be allowed nowadays.

Not all that fimiliar with what you're using. Tried it before. Liked it a lot. But right now for the most part I stick with edibles. Gummies (1,000 mg a bottle) and keef kola's (100 mg each). Last month at my dispensary shatter was 1/2 price ($12.00 a gram). So I figured what the hell. It's taken me more than a month to finish it.

nice. BHO (butane hash oil), like shatter, but a step before shatter is shatter. distillate is just opue THC, put this shit right in brownies etc, or for me, morning coffee.

i get these for my old man too

my guy is co owner of a dispensary in maine. minority owner. they cook the books, and he gets this stuff out the back door back to mass, for his own home retail. its a neat trick. they ave to move X volume of product to keep the license, and he funnels money back into the shop to reconcile. he gets tubs of maine bud (maine is the gold standard for quality)and we reap the rewards.

always liked him as a player, and i remember his age 44 comeback and a MNF start for atlanta vs the jets in 98 (looked awful, went 9-20 with a pick. hes still the oldest QB to ever start an NFL game)

Drafted by SF in the 10th round, wins the QB job in 1978. The niners draft some kid out of ND the following year, and DeBerg loses his job by 1980, to a HOF QB.

DeBerg signs with Denver in 1981. starts 11 games for them, goes 5-6, has an edge on the starting job in 1983. Denver ends up drafting Elway in 84, and DeBerg loses another job to a future HOFer.

DeBerg signs with Tampa in 1984. starts 24 games over 2 years for them, 6-18 record, 38 TD/36 INT's for awful buccs teams. 1986, steve young takes his job, another future HOFer.

Finally finds a home in KC and for 2 years, plays the best football of his career...at age 36/37.

58.5%
6,409 yards
40 TD
18 picks
88 rating

Question. Has any other QB lost his starting job to 3 future HOFers....let alone, in a row?
When a below average QB plays into his 40’s he was not screwed. He is lucky to have such a long NFL career.

That said, he had some moments.

True. However, if he played better, he wouldn't have lost his job. It's not like Montana and Young were expected to be greats. Elway certainly had much more hype.

well, young was a #1 pick (supplemental, but still)
hed have gone top 10 any other draft, it was an outlier the way it worked out for him at BYU.
montana was a 3rd rounder

not like they were 10th rounders like deberg.

All true, however, if Deberg was lighting it up, they wouldn't have drafted Young. These qb's were drafted because teams knew Deberg wasn't the answer.

It's all about play on the field. Look at Tom Brady. Bledsoe goes down, a door opens and he capitalizes, the same thing with Kurt Warner.

I stick by the premise that Deberg was blessed not screwed because of his long NFL career.
