Try the small teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar before you crash. It will do more to stabilize your blood sugar than not drinking sugar.

Hell of price to pay for taste alternatives and palatability. There are other substitutes out there.I found after you had drink coke zero or something, its almost impossible to go back to regular as its just too sweet
