Better than getting kicked out of college for being a cheater.


Is he going to a community college now to try to get back into ND?

He's already coming back in the spring. Don't know if he's going to school right now.

He can just do nothing and get to come back? I thought ND was a prestigious academic institution? Nothing like just condoning his cheater and making him do nothing to earn his spot.

I think kicking him out and costing him a year of eligibility was enough. I can't believe we actually did that to the QB that helped lead us to an undefeated season.

It was pretty obvious it was because he cheated. I mean he himself said it was because of "poor academic judgement" but if you wanna spin it then go for it.

I wouldn't say it is enough to just kick him out. Why shouldn't he have to earn his way back in by taking classes? Only reason he doesn't he because he plays for football team. You would think a school like ND would have a little higher standards than that because of their academic reputation.

Meh, my buddy got caught cheating in two different classes in IU's business school in the same week and they sent him a letter saying not to do it again and gave him zeros on the papers. Didn't do anything really. ND went above and beyond if it was simple cheating.
