I don't think it will happen this year, but by his junior year I expect him to be.

What PG's do you have ahead of Yogi? Just thinking off the top of my head, he's better than Craft and Appling. I think he's better than Hollins as well.

Outside of the B1G, I guess maybe Kevin Pangos, Shabazz Napier and Marcus Smart are better. But if Yogi keeps knocking down the jumper like he has been, he could very easily be better than any of these guys except maybe Smart.
