There are several things Harris and the ownership group want to do now that they’re in charge of the organization. They want to win, and they’re willing to do what it takes to accomplish that. But out of all that needs to be done, Harris often deferred to

I just don't think Rivera is capable of consistent winning. Simply looking at his coaching resume, I am not sure why anyone would want him to stick around due to his coaching philosophy and his inability to win on a consistent basis.

That is my opinion and harris could very well be a fan of Rivera and believe he is building a championship team. I could be wrong, but I don't believe harris has much faith in Rivera. I could be wrong.

The coach centric method hasn't historically worked in the nfl, and only has with elite coaches like Reid and bellichek. Even Reid is now moving away from it and giving veach more authority. That being said, the more articles I read, the more it seems that harris might actually support and want to give Rivera a few years. I believe that would be a massive mistake.

Who is going to buy Commander merchandise now after all these comments on the name change? I like how he says it will be up to the fans but what if we win this year? Will fans still buy Commander merchandise knowing in the back of their minds the name could change again?

It would be nice if Harris made a real fan poll on what the name should be and take the results of that poll to make the name change. If we go by last year, it would be Warriors by a landslide. Would winning keep the Commanders name? If we stink it up, then Im sure the name change topic will be the fore front next year.

The team name is the least of our concerns. If I had a top 5 issues surrounding the organization, the team name would not make the top 5 at all.

It appears we all have our priority list of things harris needs to fix.

Payton comes from the same coaching faction as Jon and Jay Gruden. Lol

I actually never hated Jay gruden like others. He was undermined at every turn by snyder.

Gruden actually had a better first 3 years than Rivera has had at Washington believe it or not. Gruden secured 2 winning seasons in his first 3 years in Washington. Rivera has yet to get a winning season here, yet, he has had full authority.

Nobody has done less with more than Ron rivera.
