If it was going to stay Commanders he would have said so. He has merchandise to sell. Name change probably doesn't happen immediately, but it's inevitable. I've heard him dodge that question numerous times now.

I watched the press conference live on YouTube and someone in the comment section said they heard Harris loves "Redwolves" and was willing to pay for the rights. Take that for what it's worth.

Who knows how it will all turnout but it sure is fun seeing Josh act like a first class owner.

Good read. Lots off Nuggets.

Dan pushed for Wentz

Kyle and Jay had a 3rd round grade on Haskins

When Harris wants to hire someone, he tries to get it done ASAP.

The Hamilton signing to the Devils was a lucrative deal in which Keim described as a "bridge" signing.

Made me wonder if a lucrative deal for a vet QB could be in play while the rookie learns and becomes comfortable.

Farve, Mahomes, and Cousins also sat.

if he,s done his homework, why should,nt he have a say in who he has to pay millions of dollars?

thats like Dan Synder esk right there. He hired Peters and coaching staff to do all the homework. If Harris has the final say on the pick that would be just like Synder did when we traded up for RG3. I know alot of people on this board would flip out about that.

Not sure, but I'll go to my grave thinking Josh told Ron to sit Brissett at the end of the year.

Its just interesting that Harris wants to be in on the process. I thought he would be a "hands off" owner when it came to player evaluations.

I don't think there is any way Josh has final say. I saw Grant Paulsen tweet that he has sat in on all six of the QB interviews and nothing else. Tells me QB at 2 is pretty much a lock.

If I owened the team and hired Peters, I'd want to be in the room for the QB interviews. I'd probably sit silently and observe, but I'd definitely want to be in the room.

Josh was never going to be completely hands off. He benched Brissett (which I'm glad he did) to save the pick.

The NBA had to step in and talk to Harris about the 76ers trust the process ordeal.

Thats said, I don't think he is gonna roll in on draft day and order anyone to draft "his guy." I don't see that. Jmo
