Nick Foles is smiling right now. A chicago lifeboat saved him from this sinking ship!
havent they been trying to get rid of Fournette for a couple years now?Wonder what they end up taking for Fournette.
Think so.havent they been trying to get rid of Fournette for a couple years now?
Didnt they accuse him of quiting on the team or something like that?
but if you are on the other side of this. Why trade?Think so.
If they're gonna tank, he's gotta go.
Same reason Arizona traded for Drake last year.but if you are on the other side of this. Why trade?
If the Jags dont want him. They wont take on his 5th year. (he is in his 4th now)
As the other team just wait for him to become a FA
Minshew should voice his support for Cam Newton it seems to workNick Foles is smiling right now. A chicago lifeboat saved him from this sinking ship!
Now Minshew on the other hand.
"here can you put on these concrete loafers"
Minshew - "WTF!"
but if you are on the other side of this. Why trade?

aft pick for it?A playoff team that can use an upgrade for a 1 yr rental
but are you gonna trade a worthy dr
aft pick for it?
Sure a 6th or a 7th but somehow I think the Jags want something significant for the 1st round draft pick.
Like I said. Think if I am on the other side. Just wait for him to be released.I'd go as far as a 5th rounder. If they want anything better than that than good luck getting rid of him.

I wouldnt think so. He is under contract that they have to pay regardless. You think they release him this year

A 3rd or 4th.Wonder what they end up taking for Fournette.
I understood what you were saying. but then you say you wouldnt give more than a 5th & I am pretty sure the Jags will ask for more than that. Which brings us full circle to just waiting for him to be a FA.That's why I'd take him for the 1yr rental if I'm a playoff team. Decline his fifth yr option and let him walk which should be enough to play his ass off for a FA contract.

Win now and not care what happens after, and get a head start on negotiations would be the big two.but if you are on the other side of this. Why trade?
