How are the newly injured Wings? Any word? Did they come back and play? I read we were dropping like flies in the first period.
To be fair, the Wings had goal taken back by a bs call. It really should've went to OT. And I'm still not sure why the Preds came out thinking this was WWE. They seemed to settle down through the 2nd and 3rd.
Homer still has not learned to keep a foot or two away, then his reputation can't get in the way...bad call by the ref on that one tonight.
I think it's more that the goaltenders have learned to come out and initiate contact with Homer...then if the puck goes in, the goal gets waved off. Don't know if that's what happened tonight but I've noticed it happening more frequently.
You hit the nail on the head, thats exactly what happened.
But it didn't even look like he mad contact. Just REALLY close.

like i said before, i'm just sick an fucking tired of these stupid fucking trigger happy refs calling any fuckin contact between holmer and the goalies.
goalie comes out of the crease and initiates contact , and somehow that's holmstrom's fault? what the fuck?
so if holmer takes a few steps out, and goalie comes out farther and initiates contact, they gonna wave that off too?
well what the fuck, why doesnt the goalie come out to the fuckin blue line and try to initiate contact out there?
there's blue paint on the ice for a fuckin reason, if it doesn't matter whether the goalie is in it or not, then fuckin get rid of it.
now this is not the reason the wings lost, not by far, they lost because the preds played a more physical and desperate game, and rinne was out of his mind.
but i'm just sick and tired of these stupid fucking goalie interference rules. you'd think they were nfl quarterbacks.
