I think it's more that the goaltenders have learned to come out and initiate contact with Homer...then if the puck goes in, the goal gets waved off. Don't know if that's what happened tonight but I've noticed it happening more frequently.

It was actually embarrassing for a while. It just looked like they were just trying to hard and were not playing their game. Now everyone's talkin about how they lost respect for them and calling them dirty...when they really aren't. Tonight was just different for some reason.

abs, cleary, eaves, lidstrom all got banged up at some point tonight but all were able to continue playing. but it wouldnt surprise me if one of those guys doesnt play mon with some type of injury that occurred in this game
