That's in like Farmingdale isn't it? Pebble is a public course...

Strategy?

yes strategy... Problem I see with this is that because golf is an individual sport we will all be drafting the 10 BEST players we can... skills don't matter... The problem with this is that by using a classic snake draft, there shouldn't really be a winner unless someone makes a mistake... If we put in some rules that bring in actual strategy and skill then it will be about who has the best team, just like the rest of our drafts...

Cant completely agree with that. The top 10 guys will play well anywhere, but after that, course plays a huge part

I was more asking what kind of strategy you had in mind it will still come down to the golfers and the course we use.

I also think we should designate which course we should play at. Pebble, Augusta, Doral, Sawgrass, other?

Does course matter??? It surely does in real life... But do any of us really know how well golfers do in the sand or how they are affected by water?? How about whether its links or regular golf??

It's more the layout. A bombers course vs a shotmakers set up. Tiger Woods is a stud everywhere, Corey Pavin isnt

You will draft 10 professional Male Golfers.

Each golfer will be matched up in 1 singles match and 1 partners match.

The partners match will be best ball.

In every match there will be a possibility of 15 total points, no half points.

Whos in?

1. Nos
2. UK
3. 500
4. Milk
5. Ritzy
6. Mebert
7.
8

Can you go into more detail please? Remember it's like hockey draft where you have guys that know nothing about the sport.

My 10 play your 10 1 on 1, each match is a point. Then we divide our 10 guys into 5 two man teams and play 5 more matches against our opponent. That's 15 matches, 1 point per match, 1st team to 8 wins

1) Are we doing a normal snake draft or just picking our 10 players at once (meaning the same guy can be on several teams)?

2) The 5-2man team how is that game run? I play with a partner and do we take turns or we both play 18 holes and our score we divide by 2 to get our team average?

3) If I take a heavy set, raunchy golfer who wears Loud Mouth Golf pants do I get extra points for his outstanding ability on the 19th hole?

This should be easier for ones who don't know much than hockey was, its easy to look up each golfer and see where he's played well, where he's won, his stats.
