Yeah I was there from like 2008 to 2011 or so. I posted on that other message board you guys had setup as well for a while before I pretty much stopped posting altogether.

Went to go to the CBS boards like a year after they remove and tried to find out where everybody went but couldn't and I had long since lost the link to the pron board. Google search brought me here, but it looks like there's not too many CBS guys still here.

And that long ass Jeter overrated thread was the best. PJim and that one guy with the 4 finger Jeter avatar just lost it defending Jeter.

And that's not surprising, that place was full of bitches. Who was that guy who threatened to throw you threw the window? Or that real estate guy that lost his shit and threatened to beat somebody up because they were making fun of the dad who fell over the railing and died at a baseball game. I remember somebody found his real name and website and everybody just trolled the shit out it.

Was it that one Red Sox fan that everybody was fucking obsessed over? I remember she had like 3 or 4 people that would follow her around everywhere just fawning over her. That shit was embarrassing.

Trout? What has Trout done to garnish the face of baseball? The Angels don't win, they don't even remotely rule their own market. I would say Harper is more covered and more well known to be the face of MLB instead of Trout, and I'm not even a fan of Harper.

Let it be Judge, let it be a Yankee, even though I was not a fan of the Yankees in their dynasty years, MLB sort of needs them.

He's the best player in baseball and it isn't close. That's what he's done.

I tend to agree. It's not like Harper comes from a family of athletes that groomed him (Griffey, Bonds) so I don't get why people view him as spoiled and coddled. He's never really said anything outrageous. The guy is just obsessed with baseball. I swear, people don't like him because he has long hair and once blew a kiss to a pitcher in the minors.

Collisions at the plate were exciting and fun, now they're gone forever because Buster "Ass Trick" Posey was sloppy behind the plate. Sucks.

Yea, but we need to keep in mind though that Harper's been in the majors since age 19, so he didn't have a college career and much time in the minors to work on his game.

Between college and the minors, Judge had 2400 PAs before playing in an MLB game....Harper had well under 1,000.
