No, if we treat the coaches well by rewarding them in the right manner (not doubling their salary for winning 9-10 games per year), we'll keep whomever we hire. Payouts for top 10 finishes, so many all americans, winning the conference, winning a top tier bowl. Those types of incentives keep the juices flowing and keeps a coach happy. Where we failed with Bo is giving him too much $$$ just for winning X number of games when it proved and did virtually nothing for the program.
