The Dalton to Green hail mary was the biggest FF play of all time for me

As some of ya'll know, I'm in a league with very different scoring. Let me set the scene.

Prior to that pass.. Dalton had 19 completions, Green had 6 receptions for 91 yards. It's a milestone league and all three of those stats I listed are worth 0pts combined. After he caught the pass..

Dalton's 20th completion = 3pts
Dalton td = 4pts
Green's 7th reception = 3pts
Green over 100 = 3pts
Green over 150 yds receiving = 2 bonus pts
Green td = 4pts
= 19 point play

This not only ended up winning me my matchup making me 5-4-1 instead of 4-5-1 but also gave me high points in our league for the week (good for $50) it was a $70 play that vaulted me into 3rd place in my league instead of being outside of the playoffs looking in. I needed to get past this Charles bye week & did. Now my team looks unstoppable and in 3rd place

No kidding..................it probably doesn't happen in that league very often. Maybe a defensive TD or kickoff return for a TD? Anyway, that very "play" beat me in one of my leagues..........well that and sitting RGIII and Gio for Romo and Tate but if not for that play I still would have won............but good for you!

I'm still in total shock about it. There's no doubt that has to be a record and on the last play of regulation too.

I drafted Green early, so the only real reason I took Dalton as my QB is to have 8 pt plays eligible

That Green TD gave me 18 points from just him alone. Took a 60 point lead heading into the 4:00 games because of it and ended up winning my game against the 1st place team by 37 thanks to Brees' big night, again.

and as far as real life goes, it's terrible that that can happen... can't remember the Raven who didn't knock it down, but rather, volleyed it up like a gift for Green, but he's gotta know better, I don't care about instincts or whatever happened, your first instinct should be the opposite of what he did.


as for fantasy... I have Green in two leagues, so I'll take it!
