I got a 2 bedroom for under $3K a month so I am happy about that.

Great building, little older but I don't mind that. Commute to work is 15 mins door to door on the BART.

All in all yes I am pretty excited. Now that I have kind of settled down I can go out and see some shit find some bars etc.

Nice...San Fran is a helluva city. If I didn't live in New Yo- uhhh, Toronto, I would definitely be in the Bay Area.

I grew up south of Rochester, NY spent a lot of drunk time in Toronto between the ages of 19-21.

Also played a good amount of hockey up there.

I can't take that weather up there. Out here in North County, the weather is literally perfect. There's nothing you could do to improve it (if you like warm like I do). Sunny 362 days a year and warm with desert, mountains and beach all a close drive. I fucking love it.

I couldn't live like that... the weather in SF fits my personality better.

Even more so, I like having four distinct seasons in the Northeast.

It was interesting that when we moved out here, we thought after awhile we'd miss the Tennessee weather and want to go back. Our first trip back was after 3 yrs in Calif. and we kissed the ground when we got that trip over with and got back to Calif.

The weather is most perfect here in the dead of "winter" which is low 80s and gentle breeze out here in the County. We have a true Mediterranean climate here, much better than the coast. A few yrs ago we set a record for the most consecutive days over 90F in February. I love calling my family and friends in other places and bringing up the weather.
