Oakland Coliseum >>> Fenway

While that may be true, I doubt the players enjoy standing in sewage on the norm thanks to the shitty plumbing in Oakland.

That's a slight exaggeration, don't you think?

Padres beat writers on twitter saying Denorfia is at Petco packing his shit so he's gone today and Benoit likely to the Dodgers.

Did you read the second link?

No cause I remember when it happened.

It's just going to be interesting to see what Lester decides to do in free agency. He wins a World Series in Oakland and that Boston discount is going to disappear into thin air.

What part? That they don't like it or that they really do have to deal with sewage in their locker rooms and dugout? Notoriously bad plumbing there, plus the coliseum is built below sea level so they always have problems. Raw sewage in an MLB park is not acceptable. They had to have a hazmat team out there afterwards to check for e.coli contamination. It's poopy water in the dugout! That's friggin' gross, dude.

Allen Craig has sucked all season long. One can only surmise that he must have stopped letting Roidier inject him minutes before games this season? :noidea:

Are you gonna stand around and let it rise up around you? Gross. From the article:

Maintenance workers had to clean up a sewage backup in the A's dugout during the seventh inning of their 2-1 victory over the Los Angeles Angels, as players found vantage points to watch the game away from the mess.

Maybe they weren't splashing around in it, but seriously? You know this is not okay.

A's have another sewage leak during win over Angels

No, it's not okay. My point is that "it's normal for players to be standing in sewage in Oakland" is an exaggeration. And coming from Fenway (the whole thing is a massive toilet) Lester will probably love the Coliseum.
