Not really, it is still snowy, gray and cold as shit here.....

Thats Western PA weather for ya. I hated that more than anything else when I lived there. It's like living in Seattle in the winter months, except rain for snow. From the months of late October, until late April, you can expect to see a mostly cloudy, gray and cold day more often than not.

The traffic suxs, though. People are generally not very friendly, and everything is more expensive than back in the burgh.... excepting produce. That is very cheap. Avocados, berries, bananas, oranges, lemons.. you name it... it's grown in Ventura County.
