I used to be a bigger fan but I hope a non-contender signs Tate in the offseason. He won't be sticking around in Houston unless Arian Foster decides to retire early. I just don't want to see him 1) in the NFC West, 2) on a contending team.
You like him that much? I think that offense has a way to making guys look a big better than they are. He's a solid runner but I've just seen too many people dominate in that system.

I USED to see "star in the making" but not anymore. I think he's pretty solid and he's not the type of guy I'd want to face or see the 49ers face twice a season. I do favor his running style except when it's against the 49ers.
I don't doubt that Kubiak and company have put him into position to succeed more than many coaches would, but I still don't want to see him in the division.
