A healthy Hossa nabbed a first round pick, a first round prospect, and two younger depth guys. I don't see a concussed guy taking much more than that, even if he does have a Conn Smythe under his belt.

Why would a team that is owned by creditors take on a player making 6.7 million next season? No chance this happens. If Dallas trades Richards they're going to look to cut payroll.

I was joking. I've said all along I don't think we'll make a move, nor do I really want us to. And I wouldn't want to trade a guy who is under contract + not concussed + younger for a guy who is not + is + older.

I know what Richards should be worth, but if the Stars are trading him, they're in partial rebuild, so they want anything they can get in return, and more in prospects/picks than players.
