Series notes
All-time: Blue Jackets lead series 7-5-1
Season series: tied 1-1
Last game: 12/12/2013 @ Madison Square Garden. Blue Jackets won 4-2

Doob's take: The big news is the return of Sergei Bobrovsky to the Blue Jackets. How good will he be? Will he return to for or will there be some rust to kick off? Also, who starts in net for the Rangers? Henrik Lundqvist is the King of New York, but Cam Talbot has been playing better. If Lundqvist starts it will be the last 2 Vezina Trophy winners going up against one another. Lastly, Anisimov, Dubinsky, Nash, Moore, etc will face off against their old teams so that always adds a bit of drama. Doobster think this will be one of those tough fought physical games, but at the end of the day the Rangers are playing better than the Blue Jackets as of late so I predict the Rangers to win 4-2.

Only thing I hope is the Jackets play as tight in front of Bob as they did for Tabasco.

And of course for Bob to be able to actually stop shots from the point.

Dubinsky should be amped up.

I was at practice tonight, in the hockey rink. Where it's warm. Got home in time to see it go to OT.

Okay, they are calling for Kreider's head after a hit on Tootie.

What happened?

If McKenzie got 3 games, that's at least equal. Maybe more.

Plays for Rangers = subtract 2 games, 1 game maximum.

You mean like when Hags got 3 games in the playoffs for an elbow? Same series Neil came up high on Boyle and concussed him and got nothing?

If anything, Shanny is against us

Oh damn. I forgot the Shanny prejudice quotient. The player hit was a Blue Jacket so that's minus two games.

Kreider will get to play an EXTRA game this year.

Nice move, Nasher. Usually RyJo is on the giving end of those.

I can see Tyutin's numbers the whole time so I don't expect three. Still dangerous.. I say give him a game.
