Self-proclaimed Asshole
I’m gonna give this a shot.
The gore is a bit heavy handed at times, but I thought it added to the story tellling technique rather than pulled the viewer away.Three episodes in and I’m digging it. I really like the corporate corruption perspective of the whole thing. I feel like they get unnecessarily gritty occasionally but for the most part I like the gritty tone of the whole thing.
binged this yesterday and really enjoyed it.
reminded me of a The Losers meets The Watchmen kind of thing
I would like to see more non-Seven Supes in the second season...like, why was the Seven just 7 when there are a bunch of other heroes that aren't doing anything?
well it sounds like they have the financing since they were trying to charge Bmore $300M for Nubian PrinceProbably has to do with PR and needing less resources to manage only 7 of them.
If there were 20 supes, they would need an army to control all possible situations.
well it sounds like they have the financing since they were trying to charge Bmore $300M for Nubian Prince
so they DO have other Supes that they contract out...just not sure why that dude isn't a Seven?
I watched it..... I'm usually a fan of bad scifi but this was poorly written, poorly acted save for a couple of the characters and generally an interrupted flow of goblygook..... but the gore was awesome.....
The gore was spectacular.. In new and original ways!
There seems to be nudity and sex as well but also in new and original ways.
I just started watching (Season 1 EP 3) and I like it so far.
I get what people are saying about the gore, but it's like comedy gore. Three minutes in when the *spoiler alert* guy's girlfriend gets run through by A Train and he is left holding just her hands and forearms, I knew it was going to be awesome.
I'm really enjoying the show, it's really funny.
I only saw dongs. There wasn't much in terms of the ladies getting nekkid. The gore was spectacular.. In new and original ways!

I laughed at Black Noir at the end on the piano.I get what people are saying about the gore, but it's like comedy gore. Three minutes in when the *spoiler alert* guy's girlfriend gets run through by A Train and he is left holding just her hands and forearms, I knew it was going to be awesome.

seeing the one chick transform into a dude when riding the congressman was a little unnerving.
Season 2 will delve into that, I believe. (comics en sech)well it sounds like they have the financing since they were trying to charge Bmore $300M for Nubian Prince

While I cannot argue this, I really, really, really liked any scene with Elisabeth Shue in it.
Especially when she had to comfort Homelander....
I've wanted to fuck that broad in every decade I've lived.![]()
