Yep I noticed that too. Against Detroit the bench came up huge

I don't disagree that the bench is contributing more, but the NY example doesn't tell us all that much specifically, since it was such a blowout that the starters all played very light minutes and the bench more. And they were playing most of those minutes against the Knick's bench players. For example, Tim Hardaway Jr. averages 23 minutes a night, in that game he played 40. Murray averages 8 minutes, he played 24. More minutes vs. inferior competition = more scoring.
