I've spent time in downtown Philly, downtown Chicago and of course many years in downtown Detroit. The people of Detroit are most dangerous with Chicago second. Detroit has the best bars/resteraunts/clubs. Detroit has the most blight but there was way more trash in the streets in both Philly and Chicago in comparison to Detroit.
