Well, that deal kind of seals the deal on where I'm heading this yr. .... reminds me of Monkey's team in OS - there's him - and the rest of us (but it was that way last yr too) so not all is lost.

How worried can ya be about a team that hasn't even made it to the finals in a few seasons!

I was surprised to see @SmokingMonkey send me the offer TBH. Don't usually see the top RBs,WRs, QBs or TEs in a draft get traded away before the season starts as everyone has high expectations for those players as a rule.
Guess I'm going to be rooting for the Vikings offense to do well this year. Weird year for me this season as I have drafted several of the WRs in various leagues and usually I'm all about the RBs in rookie drafts. Maybe I'm turning over a new leaf in FF.

Was easy to do this year. Really nothing worth getting too excited about after Bijuan and Gibbs...couple of 'sleeper' types one might have developed a sense for and targeted, but nothing that really stood out

I think that kind of surprised me as well. .... I know he's gathering picks for a 'rebuild' but basically a 2023 1st for a 2024 1st plus 2nd and 3rd just seemed a bit strange.. guess he has his targets in next yrs draft and wants to assure he gets them (all).
As for the new leaf, best available is always gonna be WR after the first few stud RB's.
