Yeah, I can't see em losing more than 2. I think they can beat, MSU, Iowa and NW. Nebraska and OSU will be tough.

I would say either @MSU OR @ Iowa and then tOSU.

They'll beat Nebraska on the Pelini factor alone.

Not only does he not win big games, he gets curb stomped in big games in big road venues.

I think they'll lose 2 of their last 5.

Nebraska not one of them. They'll return the offense they found yesterday against Nebraska.

yall are pretty free with your skunkbear love. surely can't be due to that debacle yesterday, could it? NEB D (unlike IND) at least, has a pulse...and both NEB & MSU's Os (if if if) may well rip MICH's porous D to shreds.

:wtf:

Why?

Wisky already lost the game that counted. tOSU would have to lose twice for Wisconsin to get to the CCG and that's not likely.

Unless you meant to say 'instead of tOSU and Penn St'. Then I'd understand.

Because it would be good to see how we match up against the other so called "better" teams of the conference. I don't give a shit about BCS bowls or winning the conference at this point.

Which fans wouldn't want to see games against Neb, Mich, and Michigan State instead of Indiana, Purdump and Illannoy?

I'm with you there. That Nebraska will only play Michigan like once between now and 2018 (after this season) is a travesty, and not in the spirit of why Nebraska was added.

They should be putting the most national appealing match-ups together as much as possible.

Please read this post with a sense of humor and think sarcastically. That is the intent of most of it. If you are taking this uber serious, then I apologize.

Put on those big boy pants, Krieger. You get to find out in 2014 on how well Wisconsin matches up!!!

Just look at this great division

Illinois(sucks), Iowa(sucks), Minnesota(sucks), Purdue(sucks), Northwestern(so-so), Nebraska(solid #30 in the nation), Wisconsin(second best team in the B1G). Yes, you get to play all those teams, (Wisconsin in the Spring Game)!!

WTF? Wisconsin gets Rutgers(so-so to sucks) and Maryland(so-so to sucks) for crossovers in 2014?

On top of that, Wisconsin has USF(so-so to sucks), Bowling Green(so-so to sucks), and Western Illinois(so-so to sucks).

I bet you are excited for 2014 already!! Wisconsin is already 11-0 for 2014. You had better hope that Wisconsin beats LSU in the opener because that SOS is going to be real bad. I don't even think having Barry Alvarez and Tom Osborne on the committee will save you.

Please remember, I have already picked Wisconsin to win the Western Division in 2014. I hate how the B1G put together the divisions. Geographically it makes sense. Unfortunately, this same population setup failed the Big 12, in my opinion.

It is actually through 2019. 2020 schedule is not released.

Nebraska will play Michigan in 2013 and in 2018.

Husker's right... Wisconsin needs to put everything it has into winning that opener against LSU. Is their QB gone next season?

Now if only we could find a wide receiver... and an LB to replace Borland.

B1GCG OSU vs MSU

That's my homer prediction. Sparty will find it's offense and improve every game from here on out. MSU will slither by ILL, pound MICH, squeak past NEB in the best regular season game of the year then cruise to the CG...where they will stun the nation and Buckeyes everywhere.

Who you got?

I'm not sure MSU is capable of "pounding Michigan". The game will either be a close win by either team or a blowout in Michigan's favor. MSU simply doesn't have the offense to blow out another team where as Michigan's offense, when on, does have that ability. (famous last words right?)

Don't forget, Michigan has a bye this week so we have 2 weeks to prepare for MSU. That makes this game lean to our advantage. Either way, it seems that just Nebraska or Michigan needs to beat MSU and MSU's conference championship hopes die. There's a pretty good shot of that happening.

LSU does lose Mettenberger but if you look at their depth chart, they have what looks to be fewer than 10 Sr. players on the 2 deep that will be gone.

In Lincoln? With an offense that scored exactly 1 touchdown against Purdue?

Hard for Purdue to win when they were shut the fuck out. Neither Mich St's offense or defense needed to score a TD to win. A FG or a safety would have sufficed.

What if Nebraska has under 100 yds rushing, forces Martinez to beat them with his arm, and forces him into a couple of turnovers that gives them the short field?

Mich st may not need much if any offense to beat Nebraska.

I don't see where beating the likes of Wyoming, S. Miss, S. Dakota St, Illinois, and Purdue guarantee that Nebraska will beat MSU because they don't have much offense? There are other aspects to the game.

I also don't understand why anyone would think that Mich St won't do what other teams have done, which is spread Nebraska out and punch their front 7 in the mouth all afternoon?

MSU's expectations aren't inflated by an entire season of last-second miracle wins over mediocre cupcakes...win by one point on 2NOV and we'll call it a "pounding."

Well, yes...with that offense. And a defense that will score another 3 tds for the 'squeaky' victory in Lincoln.

Ohio State is going to score 100 on Michigan and 140 on Indiana.

Q: What? Yall don't expect to score anything in the second half in those games???

Just because the rest of the Legends Division is bad in certain aspects of the game doesn't make Nebraska good.

:dhd:

Good point. Even if we put in the backup QB we will still have the best QB on the field.

LOL. Truth? The Huskers are gooder enough in most aspects to beat all other Legends teams - who are badder enough in almost all aspects. s'not saying much, but saying enough...ya know?
