You will draft 12 on offense and 12 on defense.

You will draft all 12 from one decade, the 70's or 80's and you decide which decade you select each from.

EX... If you decide to draft 12 on offense from the 70's you must then draft 12 on defense from the 80's. If you decide to draft 12 on offense from the 80's you must then draft 12 on defense from the 70's.

The players first game played in the NFL will decide his decade.
