Coming back from what injury exactly? Hurt feelings from the nixed trade? Had he missed a game since his return 12/3? He just had a week off like the rest of the league. Even Lebron played both nights of a back to back those same days.

He had missed 5 of 6 prior to the 1 game he played last week.

All games missed were due to the trade. He played right up to 2/5 and was traded overnight.

Me, too.....maybe they were talking about some of the bricks he put up (though man were guilty of this in 1st half).

Looking forward to seeing how we play next week or so.....NY, Memphis, at Orlando and at Cs. Will be plenty of overreaction no matter how it goes but still curious to see them. Looking like may even be at full strength (unless someone sits the B2B tonight?).

Biggest topic I see in fan forums are many complaining that Hunter not moved into starting lineup. First thought is would be when acclimated but now I think Strus (or maybe Wade) starts games. Either way, I'll trust the coaches until they give a reason not to.

He should definitely be a strong candidate as have to think he was a better defender than he was a couple years ago when he came in 2nd.

That said as a fan of his team first IF it puts him in line for a supermax hope he does not win it. Not sure if DPOY matters.

Really liked hearing his comments at all star game when came out and said he believed he and Wemby will be the top players in the game in 5 years. Not sure he will, but no way he makes a comment like that 1-2 years ago. He even doubled down on it after our game last night when asked again.

For Evan to say something like that to me is a sign of his importance to be a damn good player.

He knows that takes alotta work. And this season the work has paid off with his 3-point shooting.

What's scary is he's not even near his prime yet. Averaging a career high in ppg, 3-pt. percentage while playing a career low in minutes. And near his career high in blks. per game. 1.7 his rookie season and 1.6 right now. Hopefully his blks. go up.

It isn’t about whether he is healthy now.

No trade should ever get flipped back because of a short term injury.

Only thing players should fail physicals for are long term chronic type injuries that were either not disclosed, or exaggerated.
