Pretty much impossible I’d think. All the Lakers would have to do is provide the medical report.

Yeah, about the only way that I could see that happening is if there's a big enough discrepancy between what the Lakers doctors said and what the Hornets doctors said that it looks like the Lakers just got cold feet. I'd assume that in a case like that, the league would pick its own doctors and have them evaluate him.
