I just think that based on what I’ve read about his family situation that this is just posturing to get the most money he can but in the end stays with LA. A competitor is going to have to leave no doubt with a max for him to leave.

That's part of what will be interesting. The Clips don't was to give him a max deal and neither should anyone else (he's 34 and this was the 1st season he played more than 56 games since he joined them)...but what if a team who feels they're a player away, does offer him a max?
