You realize that it's the same core that got them to the finals last year, right? You know, the one that was put together at the trade deadline to "bail them out".

Ham saves time outs like he can redeem them for cash. He refused to start Vando over Prince unless forced to do so. His rotations are awful.

Vando missed what? The first 25 or so games of the season, needed time to get into game shape and is now out again. He could do a little better with timeouts, but there is also letting the guys on the floor figure it out (Phil used to do that pretty regularly). Especially when guys like Lebron and AD are out there. His rotations for most of the season have been greatly affected by who has been available.
