I'd have liked it a lot more before this season but seems Wade has been playing a lot better and teammates love the guy (not that that's a reason not to do a deal). O'Neale has also been a disaster in playoffs for 2-3 seasons.
Merrill does need more playing time. Wade can guard 4's and 3's. He is very solid defender but he can't create his own shot.

Walk me through what you’re seeing. I can be talked into the Cavs but I would be worried about the 3 different guys they can throw at Butler and Herro in OG, Hart and Donte.

You’re talking July and in July Caruso for a first was considered an overpay. As more contenders were linked to Caruso I adjusted to the 2nd first.
Now if they flip Niang and Wade for a guy....that could be interesting. TT will get back in the rotation for some minutes
