Did not age well, huh?

Nailed it.Now watch the Celtics totally not take the game seriously, D'lo will score 40, the Lakers will somehow win and Jeanie will be convinced Ham is the right guy for the job because the role players beat Boston
Quite badly. How'd that "conceded L" work out for ya?
Bwahaha! Ain’t this the tits? Adam Silver hates the Sixers. Dude clearly had reason to be a late scratch. Silver doesn’t even care this is a rotten look. He just wakes up and says Fuck the Sixers, haha. Fuck you you corpse looking bitch!
I think Giannis will win it with Embiid out of the running.Giannis at 31, 12 and 6.
As of now, it’s a 3 horse race.
I think Giannis will win it with Embiid out of the running.
I don’t care who wins it as long as they know that it’s only because Embiid was ineligible.I think Giannis will win it with Embiid out of the running.

Ageed. Any other organization in the world would run from the situation where their rule is putting injured players on the court. The NBA doubles down on it. If this is any other team AND the high profile player in question is looking at a 6-8 week injury keeping them out, the NBA drops it and moves on.The issue isn’t that he was scratched.
It was that he should have been listed with an injury earlier.
He obviously wasn’t close to 100%.
It will be the same old thing. The knee won’t be 100% all year. He will score around 25 and get 10-12 rebounds per game and go home in 2nd round. He’ll be on the court but he won’t be Joel Embiid.ehh even before the rules if he misses a month it probably makes it dicey. But his efficiency has been insane.
I truly hope he misses no more than 6 weeks on this.
nothing worse than a playoffs minus its stars.
Lot of ball to play, Shai not going anywhereI think Giannis will win it with Embiid out of the running.
There is no reason the rule itself should put players on the court. Player health is number one, they are already rich. I’m not feeling sorry for anyone that can’t help themselves. I think Embiid would have been playing regardless but if you blame anyone I think it should be the team.Ageed. You laughed when I said cameroon assassins need to take him out.Bwahaha! Ain’t this the tits? Adam Silver hates the Sixers. Dude clearly had reason to be a late scratch. This is stupid. The players don't exist in a vacuum. Rules create incentives and people act on those incentives. There is no reason the rule itself should put players on the court. Exactly, load management is much better now. This is stupid. The players don't exist in a vacuum. Rules create incentives and people act on those incentives.

And yet it has already and it will continue to do so.There is no reason the rule itself should put players on the court.
That’s adorable. Are we talking about the players or the league when we say things like “they’re already rich”.Player health is number one, they are already rich.
I think there’s a lot of blame to go around. The reality is that Embiid shouldn’t have been on the floor when he goes out in warmups and he can’t jump.I’m not feeling sorry for anyone that can’t help themselves. I think Embiid would have been playing regardless but if you blame anyone I think it should be the team.
Is it? The Cavs and Knicks have been on fire. Because it’s Joel Embiid no one considers that the Sixers are already down Maxey, Melton, and Harris and maybe this guy was getting on the court to try and fight through pain to give his team a chance to stop a losing streak.Alright now.
This isn’t about money. Embiid going to get his supermax.
This is about an accolade.
When he was already compromised and wasn’t on the floor. And besides, the meniscus tear was the result of a 6’9” human falling on his leg.
He shouldn’t have been on the floorWhatever Embiid’s status was prior to that, he would have sustained this injury even if he had been 100% prior to Kuminga falling on him.
So pump the breaks a bit here.
Why was it a problem to begin with? We are still catching sad sack articles like the one you posted about a sad 8 year old boy. Just last night LeBron and AD missed the only trip to Boston this year. These things still happen as they have with more load management.Exactly, load management is much better now.
