Ryan Clark used to never play games in Denver when the Steelers played the Broncos because of a splenic infarction caused by his sickle cell trait preventing him from playing in high altitude so if Embiid is being legit he could have something similar like that where it’s undiagnosed at this point.

It seems odd too that if there is some asthmatic condition or something that is affected by altitude...why not come out and say it?

I know that USC had a player on their football team that couldn't play at Colorado because apparently physical exertion in that altitude can be dangerous for someone with that condition.
