Couldn’t agree more on both points, but would push back a little bit on the Krause being worthy of boos all these years later. When you look at the whole picture he needs to be granted that respect for the whole job. If we are talking early 2000s when this night happens…I get it. This many years removed? Time for a fan base to move on with that when the dude has had a hand in that many championships.

And I loved Jordan but what broke up the 2 3peats was MJ himself whether his stuff invoked a commissioner driven hiatus for the gambling or Jordan wanting to fuck around with baseball. For me, if I’m a Bulls guy, that needs to be mentioned around any slander on shoulda coulda woulda with Krause.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I don't think he's still worthy of boos. But if he had been there, at least they'd have been booing him and not his wife.

Hell, for all we know, she might have been as mad at him as anyone else for breaking up the team. lol

I hated Kobe Bryant from the moment he finessed his way to the Lakers.

Every bit of that hate went away during his last game.

Outside of the Olympics, it’s the only time I have ever rooted for him.

When he died, it made me appreciate the good parts of his career.

It is kinda sad that this hasn’t happened for Krause.

Hasn’t been that much time since the pandemic where that wound got ripped back open.

I forgot about that…probably cause I hadn’t watched it

I liked Jordan and pippen fine, but just never got into it.

That will never happen, it’s fucking Michael Jordan.

Lebron fans are nauseating.

We Jordan apologists are WORSE.

As for Krause…..

Yes, he helped build it.

Once.

Same can be said about Jordan.

But, people like me pretend the Wiz thing never happened.

He’s not Jerry West.

He didn’t help build multiple dynasties, with multiple different teams, players and across multiple decades.

I’m not going to reduce him to Tim Connelly, who also deserves credit.

But, I don’t recall Bob Myers trying to get as much credit as Curry, Klay, Dray and Kerr.

The wizards were a disaster even back then.

And taking a hs kid with Jordan coming back didn’t help anyone.

Jordan or Kwame brown

The two tracks is really hard in those situations….

I fully believe in the mind of Kraus he thought they would just keep winning. Obviously that didn’t happen. As for Kobe, after his playing days he was getting involved in some other things and had a chance to be in the public eye doing some good things. He was able to elevate himself above what people didn’t like him for.

I mean, good looking charismatic sports legends are always going to get more love than pasty trollish executives.

Memphis top scorer avg 8 pts

Knicks lose this I would absolutely consider firin thibs

Gives up 44 pts in a qt to a doncikless team?

I’m not sure what houston does except keep rolling the kids out

They gotta figure out how to ply on the road and got enough promising young dudes who need to take their lumps

But at the same time

Without Fred and brooks this team might be worse than the spurs
