I mean, dudes 39 and he's still the best player in many of the games he plays in and in the ones where he isn't, he's still usually one of the best 2 or 3. If he's concerned the Lakers would decide not to take Bronny, he can do the 2 year extension with player option on the 2nd year.
Which, given his age, is pretty much what he should be doing anyway.

Since the Ws aren't winning a title this year, I'm actually glad to see what the bench looks like without him running it. They'll let him walk so now we can start to see things without him.

Dude just pulled down 33 rebounds in 1 game. I don't care what level it is, that's impressive. Outside of AD, the Lakers really aren't a strong rebounding team.

Don't know how much time he'll get, but maybe he can help with that, even if only a little bit.
