Let me guess, you're either a Rockets fan, a Warriors fan, or a Grizzlies fan.

Pacers/Heat rerun from ThursdayWhat game you all watching tonight on league pass?
LaVine just doesn't seem like a winner.Just read that the Lakers ate interested in a couple of Bulls players and neither is named Zach LaVine.
Looks like they're more interested in DeMar DeRozan and Alex Caruso.
LaVine just doesn't seem like a winner.
He has also seemed kinda disinterested this season in the couple of times I've seen the Bulls play.
Saw an article saying that very thing, you can’t take that contract on for a guy that is the third best player on your team.Yeah, the talent is undeniable, and he puts up solid stats. But they don't seem to translate to wins.
Apparently he is interested in the Lakers, Heat and Sixers...but on any of those 3 (and really, any contender), he'd be the 3rd option. $45 million per seems like a lot for a 3rd option...especially when he doesn't really help you win.

And Lavine needs the ball in his hands.....Yeah, the talent is undeniable, and he puts up solid stats. But they don't seem to translate to wins.

For Derozan, Rui +Gabe works salary wise (obviously a 1st round pick will be involved too). D'lo in place of Rui also works but they need to keep a PG. But how much does that really help them? Rui can provide interior scoring, especially if AD goes down for any period of time which he's prone to do. Derozan is a wing scorer, but that's about it. He doesn't really shoot 3s much either, more of a midrange guy so that doesn't help the Lakers out either.
Caruso would be the better option. On top of the pick, there's a couple of options to move around for him.
And they definitely need to stay away from Lavine. He's no better than D'Lo this season but on a far worse contract.
No. He’s what laker fans claim russell is lol
