Reasons, not excuses (at least in terms of Sixers/Lakers), and just in terms of the 44pt gap. Lakers played from behind that whole game, were only competitive for the middle two quarters.

Vanderbilt hasn't played all season and our defense got a lot better last season after acquiring him. And Vincent was brought in to replace Schroder's defense. Not to mention Hach and Reddish.

Yeah... it's a professional league, and money is at stake (potentially)... so no one should be getting that mad.

That being said: the league should tweak the system and take point differential out of it.

Seeing Boston employ 'hack-a-Drummond' when they were up 30 in the 4th quarter last night was a mix of mildly amusing and mildly distasteful.

There's nothing "mild" about the distastefulness of the Celtics.

Not sure if that was me or not but let me double down on that. They’re a meh also ran. Inconsistent AD, LeBron too old to be expected to carry. Reaves is what he is. DLo is one of the most overrated players in the league. Lakers are nothing special.

I fucking hate the Lakers.

But, they have a pretty decent team when everyone is healthy.
