The only way this goes well for him is if they never had sex or if she was indeed 18 at the time they had sex. Unless some other poor girl got doxxed, she’s still in high school and not 18.

I have to be consistent, I said if he took the court yesterday the Thunder know it’s going away. Hopefully for Giddeys sake it’s a small enough issue that will happen. If he was looking for underage girls though it will bury him, as it should.

The state can prosecute without her cooperation but a conviction is nearly impossible without cooperation from the victim. It’s a solid move because that’s the level of plausible deniability people who don’t want to believe this is true need to pretend it never happened.
