But those Spurs fans have a right too in paying good money to come to a game and make their displeasure known.

Agree 100%...you pay all that money for a ticket, you can yell whatever you want (within bounds of course...no right to yell racial slurs or attack people's family or whatever). Especially booing, you can boo literally every second you are there if you want.

For the record if he violated any laws I think Giddey should and will be prosecuted. Just a lot we don’t know. Not sure if this is old while in Australia, etc. Age of consent laws and how she represented herself will likely come into play. I doubt much of anything comes of it.
